For business looking to grow their online presence through periodic content updates and being able to rely on a team of experts that can give you the direction you want and the support you need.

Business Leader: So if you are serious about taking a commanding lead in your industry there is no better way to accomplish that than to have your web presence that towers above all else. This business would be one that is added regular content weekly or a few times a month. Along with extra support time we will also guide you to success in your efforts. Not by just being available but by giving you the direction you need to succeed.

The monthly time is there for you every month to reserve your place in our queue and our resources, therefore it does not rollover. You can take comfort in the fact that what you will request within that 30/60/120 minutes of time (depending on your plan) will be addressed by our team with priority attention.

The website care plans are similar to your health insurance. You go in for your regular check ups which helps you stay healthy, but it doesn't guarantee you won't get sick. By signing up for one of our website care plan, so we hope to prevent anything from happening to your site. However, in the case your website experiences issues our priority support will ensure we address any issues and bring your site back to normal. We cannot promise your website will not be hacked, but can promise we will do everything in our power to prevent it, as well as assist in the restoration and cleanup of the website with one of our backups.

Content update requests and small design improvements are the most common requests, however anything that can fit into your monthly support time is free game. We just ask you to be aware that requests for new features to your website will likely result in a formal quote as those commonly go over the monthly dedicated time.

For our Business Leader Package we may use some of that time to perform some Content Strategy work depending on the client's needs.

Web Strategy calls are consulting sessions that focus on the ongoing growth strategy for your website. This will be an important part of growing your business.  These calls works best on the phone or on a video call. These consulting calls are reserved for our Business Builder and Business leader clients. Sometimes clients use this time to online screen-share small updates or training. These are your calls and we can structure them however you like.

If you have a task that requires more than your dedicated monthly time, we will submit a quote for you to approve separately from your plan However, many times we will evaluate requests that exceed your time on a case by case basis, and with approval, work past the time and bill for time exceeded at our current support rate of $100/hr.

Although these plans are for sites we build or re-design, we welcome clients who are looking for a long term relationship with a dedicated webmaster that are currently operating under WordPress framework.

We first like to do a Website Evaluation to become familiar with the website, how it was built and any potential issues that can arise. With the evaluation we will perform all the "Website Updates and Monitoring" tasks and make a full backup. Most importantly we will make a list of issues to fix and suggestions for improvement needed in order to proceed with the website on a monthly plan. Based on your type of website, this Website Evaluation is a fixed 4-hour fee.
