Once you have made your initial investment (setup fee) it is up to you to provide us with the copy and images so can we get to work.

At the time of payment you are officially invested in working with us. This means that you are committed to sending in content and images for us to help your business. Our refund policy covers situations where we can not meet your needs. This is does not cover situations where you fail to or do not send us the information we need to build your site.

If once the site is complete and you are not happy with the site we built you have 15 days from development completion to request in writing a full refund. We will do our best during that 2 weeks to offer minor changes to get you to place that satisfies your needs for your business.

Note to buyer: This is not a custom site that we charge 3K and up for. It is a starting line for us to build over 12 months to achieve your business goals. Custom modification will be billed at $100 an hour. We strive to make satisfied life-long customers and will do what we can within reason to make sure we keep you.

We can certainly offer some additional assistance in this area if our basic plan doesn't fit your needs and you want more in the beginning. A good average is about $100 extra per page if you need more than what the plan offers.

First and fore most it is your commitment to us you are wanting to work to build a successful website. The more value and money we can achieve for you the more you will entrust us with all your creative needs. That pays for 3 months of SEO boost and another 3 months of monitoring and reporting. In total 6 months of dedicated work to get you on the first page.

We cannot promise your website will not be hacked, but can promise we will do everything in our power to prevent it, as well as assist in the restoration and cleanup of the website with one of our backups.

The monthly time is there for you every month to reserve your place in our queue and our resources, therefore it does not rollover. You can take comfort in the fact that what you will request within that 30/60/120 minutes of time (depending on your plan) will be addressed by our team with priority attention.
